I love the idea (and Joy’s suggestion about the name “RUN AWAY (with) TRAIN)….I like doing charity events WITH my kids to benefit other children.  I am thinking that 10K might be a little long for little kids to participate in (unless being pushed in a stroller by an adult). I live in NJ and prosecuted child abuse/neglect cases in NYC for years before deciding to stay at home with my kids full time. I would love to help organize a charity run/walk that benefits foster children….I can assist with a NY or NJ event.  Please let me know how I can help.  I am ready, willing and able!
